Pilsen Wellness Center

Offers rehabilitation services for persons with substance use disorders. Services include individualized assessment and treatment planning, psychiatric intervention, medication training and monitoring, individual and group counseling, support groups, case management, and aftercare. Pilsen Wellness Center has a specific treatment program that uses medication to combat dependency as well as an outpatient drug free program.
