The Salvation Army's Family and Community Services has been providing direct services to low income and vulnerable seniors and is currently the largest provider of non-residential senior services in the City of Chicago. FCS Senior Program increases the capacity of seniors to meet their needs, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.
