UChicago Medicine - Primary Care Group

The Primary Care Group is the main site for adult primary care activity at the University of Chicago Medicine. Medical care is delivered by faculty and resident physicians, and nurse practitioners. The medical providers see patients by appointment only. Our urgent care center is available six days per week for established patients. Call the number provided to set up an appointment. Locations include Hyde Park (5841 S. Maryland Ave), South Loop (1101 S. Canal St, Suite 900), River East (335 E Grand Ave.), and Dearborn Station (47 W Polk St, Suite G1).
