Unity Hospice

Unity Hospice has four locations throughout Illinois, two of which are in Chicago and Skokie. Unity Hospice provides home care, continuous home care, and general inpatient care. All of the services provided by Unity Hospice are covered entirely by Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurance, and no person is turned away because of an inability to pay.

 Additionally, Unity Hospice participates in We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This program equips Unity Hospice to better serve our nation’s Veterans by providing Veteran-centric education to staff and volunteers, as well as recognizing individual patients with military background.
