America’s Disabled Physician Home Visits is a Chicago home-based medical practice providing primary care providers. It provides personal home visits from licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, and dietitians in the comfort and privacy of clients' own homes. When a new client is referred, a licensed physician will make an initial visit assessing the patient's medical history and performing a physical examination. America's Disabled Physician Home Visits will order any tests that are needed at that time. Almost all of its services are covered by Medicare.
