Colfax Manor is a licensed 7 bed Assisted Living on the South Shore of Chicago. The building is designed to maximize one-on-one care in a home-like environment. In addition to assisted living, Colfax Manor offers a senior day care service that focuses on promoting well-being through social interaction. Activities at senior day care include: crafts, music, mentally stimulating games, exercise, holiday celebrations, local outings, and nutritious meals.

Princeton Healthcare Center offers Long-term Care, Rehabilitation, and Memory Care Housing. The care and services you receive at Princeton Rehabilitation & Health Care Center may be covered by managed care and commercial insurance. They also accept Medicare and private payment.

Belhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 221 bed skilled and intermediate care nursing home located in Chicago's Beverly neighborhood. They also accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private payment.
